  One of the most critical steps is creating the position specification. We ask in-depth questions to find out what the job really entails, going beyond what is identified in the job description. This will include:

  Background requirements
  Existing opportunities
  Our specialized search concept allows a much wider scan of potential executive candidates including professionals who may not be considering a career move or who are not actively looking. Additionally, our years of experience allow us to screen candidates more accurately to fit your criteria. Evaluations will be made on:

  The executive candidates who emerge from our interview process will be presented
to our clients in writing. We will also provide relevant search information to assist our clients in their hiring process. Candidate information submitted will contain:
  Personal background
  Current position responsibilities
  Career history
  Subjective assessment of the
  individual's qualifications
  HCI will make arrangements for interviews between the client and the selected candidates.
After the initial interviews, we will provide effective feedback to both parties to facilitate interest on each end. By providing this important information, we can help determine if the candidate and company is a suitable "match." Upon request, the client's confidentiality will be maintained.
  HCI will verify information gathered during the interview process by contacting qualified individuals to comment on the candidate's background, accomplishments, personality and technical competence. References will be provided to the client.
  Upon request, HCI will act as a third party to assist in negotiations and final arrangements.
This includes working with the candidate to determine start dates, cover counter offers and handle other issues to ensure a seamless transition of the individual joining your company.
